1. Help local operation team to set up HSE&Q management system and be compliant with local authority requirement. Facilitate company’s HSE management policies/rules, quality and industrial management system, group technical standard and Chinese safety code in the plant. Support local operation units in achieving the HSE objectives with HSE annual plan. 2. Plan and conduct regulatory HSE inspections in the plant, Support Company to conducts safety, quality and industrial management system audit based on the annual plan, and follow up the action plan. 3. Develop and delivery HSE training in plant, provide consultancy and advices on HSE management issues to plant. 4. Organize accident/incident/near miss/occurrence (external and internal customer complaint, nonconformity) and root cause analysis for accidents/incidents in plant, follow up action plans. 5. Follow up internal and external customer complains, coordinate the root cause analysis and its actions, raise the recommendations. 6. Facilitate risk analysis and quality control tools and its implementation in the plant, regularly review its effectiveness. Requirements: 1) Chemical/engineering/mechanical education background with bachelor degree. 2) Minimum 6 years working experience, at least 3 years in HSEQ domain of hazardous chemical industry; 3) Quality management system experience is a plus. 4) Very familiar with local HSE codes and regulations 5) Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and management potential 6) Good computer skill, familiar with MS office software and statistic tools 7) Read and understand English. 8) Local person is preferred. 9) Work location: HuaiAn, Jiangsu
